Packaging
Each product is packed under the supervision of experts who will ensure that your product is not damaged during transit.
We wrap our item in plastic film, then we cover the item with polyurethane thermoforming , then put it in a wooden box to ship.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Items will be shipped to the address you provide. Please double check the address before confirming the order to avoid wrong delivery.
In the event of interruptions in service, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Such interruptions include delays in the transportation system, customs clearance or other events beyond our control.
A single service provider may not have a strong network in all countries, so we work with several service providers to optimize delivery times. You will receive an email with the service provider details and tracking information within 72 hours after an order has left our warehouse.
We work with several service providers to ship our products. In case of very remote location or if your pin code cannot be served by all our service providers, we will cancel the order and refund your money.
